John 14:12-14
12 I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been
doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the
Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring
glory to the Father. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do
it.
Philippians 2:9-10
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is
above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in
heaven and on earth and under the earth
John 17:11
[Jesus said] I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the
world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your
name - the name you gave me - so that they may be one as we are one.
The scriptures clearly indicate that the believer is shielded and
protected through faith in God's power and through the wonderful name of Jesus.
